Market terms

1. Who runs the market

These terms govern your use of mangomarketisle.com ("Mango Market Isle", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of mangomarketisle.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who can use the site

You must be 19 or over to use Mango Market Isle. By using it, you confirm that you are.

3. Market coins

• All games use virtual coins, given free.
• Coins carry no monetary value. They are not money. They are not credit. They are not property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, not for money, goods, services or prizes. In-app purchases do not exist here.
• No prize of real-world value is offered at any stall.
• Coins, levels and features may be changed or reset by us whenever we choose.

4. Not gambling for money

Mango Market Isle does not offer or promote real-money gambling. It does not link to gambling operators either.

5. Accounts at the market

• Calypso Jetty and Palm Crown Drop require a free account. One per person. Don’t share it.
• Keep your password to yourself. Has someone else used your account? Tell us immediately.
• Delete your account whenever you like, from your account page. It happens immediately and can’t be undone.
• An account may be suspended if it is used to disrupt the site, or if we think its holder is under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions are attached to the account. They are not your property and can be reset.

6. Fair use of the market

No disrupting the site. No automated tools against it. No offers to trade coins. No letting anyone under 19 use it.

7. Uptime, and our liability

We provide the site ‘as is’. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. If something malfunctions, all plays and pays are void. These terms do not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited. Your statutory rights stay as they are.

8. Law for these market terms

These terms are governed by Ontario provincial law and by the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.
